Don't worry if you don't know which event you want to host, we are very used to clients calling us up and asking for our help. If you want to launch a new product line then corporate team building events can provide a useful tool. Simply tell us what your objectives are and what you want to get out of the event and we'll suggest a range of different team events for you to consider.. We want you to achieve the best possible results from your team building event so that it can make a lasting difference to your workplace.
Unlike some, for us size is not a problem. we can successfully and effectively host team building activities for as few as 8 delegates right up to a whopping 1700 delegates, so whatever your size, you can be sure we have something for your team building events.

Our team building events and away days are hosted in a fun and relaxed environment, we don't believe in embarrassing or boring your team, we reinforce qualities, we leave you in a positive frame of mind. All of our events team are experienced in supportive encouragement and will help those less inclined or those who are nervous and doubt their abilities, ensuring that they do attempt the task and exceed their own expectations.
All you need is a group of 8+ and a date
We take all ages and fitness levels as we adapt the day to make sure everyone can take part and have a fun and inspiring day.
Boot Camp
A sure way to sort the men from the boys and ensure that the guests are put through their paces in this army style boot camp event! The Off Limits Sergeant will take control of your guests from the minute they wake and challenge them to complete the tasks set for them. Punctuality, Appearance and Discipline will all play in part in the team becoming the heroes of the day.
At a time specified by you the Off Limits Officers will arrive at the rooms of the guests taking part and give them a loud awakening and hand them their attire for the day. Guests will have ten minutes to get dressed and arrive at a set location for kit inspection by the Sergeant. Teams will be penalized for late arrival and incorrect attire. There may even be penalties such as press ups in front of there colleagues. They must realise that we are in control of them for the duration of the event.
Once kit inspection is complete the guests will each be assigned with an officer and will have to jog whilst chanting there team song to the next location.
The teams will be kept busy at all times and will be encouraged to participate at all points – no time for standing around!
On arrival at the location challenges will be set and the guests must complete the challenges to accrue additional points and avoid further penalties. In addition random tasks may be given to the teams through the day without notice.
At lunchtime guests will be given a range of Military Style rations and will have 25 minutes to prepare the food for their team. The food will be cooked in mess tins and over hexy heaters. If the lunch has not been finished then they either take it with them or leave it!
Mission X
At the start of your conference Off Limits personnel storm the room and kidnap a staff member. A ransom note is the only item left in the room, which is the only clue to the whereabouts of your colleague.
The group will then be divided into teams who will be given the final objective of rescuing the kidnap victim. Armed with a compass, map and your own sense of direction teams will have to navigate their way through the event and complete the challenges set for the team.
Throughout the day, clients will gain the necessary skills and resources to fulfil the final objective of the day. They will complete a range of team building exercises and tasks that will be rewarded with additional information leading to the safe rescue of your colleagues. The event will culminate with the teams becoming one and combining the information that they have collated to finally ascertain the whereabouts of your colleague.
Paintball
Paintball by its very nature is one of the best team building activities, as it incorporates many different training and initiative elements. We have organised many events for many different types of companies, where anybody can participate.
Paintball games can last from one hour’s intense attack and defend scenarios, to a full day’s event with many different games and training opportunities. It is your job to paintball your way into the enemy base camp, take their flag and return to your base camp to score points.
You must also concern yourself with how you are going to defend your own flag. Your team will need to strategically position itself into defenders and attackers so you can effectively capture the enemy flag while keeping your own flag safe.
We have also performed night time paintball activities in many different locations throughout the UK. The teams on this event are briefed on team tactics and told they cannot speak during movements between pre-set battle locations. Upon reaching and finding the enemy your team must devise an attack strategy to include the element of surprise using only hand signals.
Once the battle commences the area is lit using flares and land markers. This is the ultimate challenge in teamwork.
The darker the better, no sleep till dawn!!
Operation Countdown
Operation Countdown exercises will help your team improve their time management, communication and delegation skills. The teams must decipher a series of clues to work out which spy has planted a bomb. When they think they have solved the problem they must try to detonate the bomb in a controlled explosion.
Mission CCS
Mission CCS exercises will help your team improve their trust, delegation and communication skills. Teams have to cross a simulated minefield using the equipment provided. A container of hazardous material must also be transferred across the minefield before its contents cause an environmental disaster.
Oh, one more thing the people going across the minefield will be blindfolded.
